Welcome to the pre-season portal. Below you will find the information you need as well as the forms and links to complete the on-boarding process for YCCM's 2020-21 season. If you have any questions along the way, feel free to email our office or call 320-281-9226.

YCCM's Safe Singing Plan

On 8/21 singers and families were emailed the details on our "Safe Singing Plan." That plan overview letter can be found here. The plan consists of five rehearsal modes:

  • Mode A: Online Rehearsals
  • Mode B: Outdoor Rehearsals
  • Mode C: Modular Indoor Rehearsals
  • Mode D: Indoor Spaced Rehearsals
  • Mode E: Traditional rehearsals

Rehearsal modes will be based on the status of local school districts in Stearns County. Families are asked to follow the learning plan of their closest school district, or YCCM's plan, whichever is most stringent.

Details and protocols for each rehearsal will be communicated well in advance of rehearsals. Families have the option of participating in online rehearsals only if their health or safety necessitate it.

The action item we are asking of families is to fill out this form, letting us know what their likely participation level is for rehearsals. This non-binding form gives us a better sense of how to plan ahead.

A Zoom meeting reviewing the information in the plan overview will be held on Monday, August 24th at 6:30 PM. This is an optional meeting and will be recorded and available to YCCM families.

A reminder that forms are due August 5. We'd ask that you keep us informed along your path between now and then. If you feel that YCCM is not a fit, let us know so we can invite an alternate know there is an opening. We welcome any questions you may have in the process.
