Together in Song Festival with Cantus

“Together In Song with Cantus” is a choral festival featuring high school singers from around Central Minnesota with clinicians Dr. Christiana Howell, Dr. Bradley Miller, and Cantus Vocal Ensemble! The day will start at 12:30 and include rehearsals with clinicians, workshops with Cantus, and a final 7pm performance by the festival choir and Cantus (open to the public).

Singers may register themselves to reserve a spot in the festival by March 27. Students will be selected based on 1) Director Recommendation, 2) Ensemble balance, and 3) order of sign-up. Selected singers will receive music and part recordings on April 1.

The schedule will include a dinner break and free pizza! Singers with pizza aversion or dietary restrictions are asked to bring a packed meal.

The concert is open to the public. Tickets available here. (Festival members attend for free)

• Talk to your parents about your availability and permission to attend.
• Fill out this form to reserve a spot by March 27. Our goal is to include as many singers as possible while still having a balanced ensemble. Registering early helps!
• Check your email on April 1 to see if you are accepted! 

If Selected:

• You are expected to learn your part using the music and part recordings made available.
• You will need to provide your own transportation to Sauk Rapids High School on April 13.
• The dress code will likely be concert black.
